The announcement states that to maintain a clean online space and foster a positive, healthy, and harmonious community environment, Xiaohongshu actively responds to the requirements of the Central Cyberspace Administration Office and Shanghai Municipal Cyberspace Administration Office for the "Clear and Bright - Rectification of AI Technology Abuse" special action. It focuses on rectifying various violations such as using AI to mass-produce false content for gaining followers, using AI to start accounts for traffic diversion and product promotion, selling AI account startup courses, and selling AI accounts, while earnestly fulfilling platform responsibilities and thoroughly clearing up violations.
The specific governance situation in this phase is as follows: Strengthened efforts to investigate and clean up various violations, including "using AI to generate vulgar or curious videos," "AI-generated virtual foreign early childhood education experts teaching parenting content," "selling tutorials for AI video accounts," "teaching secrets of AI accounts," "guiding users to avoid platform AI tagging," and "transferring and selling AI virtual accounts." A total of 265 pieces of non-compliant content were removed, and 13 violators, including @IU Dry Cross-border, were banned from posting. At the same time,严厉打击 behaviors such as transferring, selling, and renting network accounts, and strengthen monitoring and identification of AI-generated content.
