Reliable AI recently released a statement accusing its competitor, Youzhinan, of false advertising regarding their college entrance examination planning large model. This "fight for the title of AI College Entrance Examination Planning Expert" has attracted significant attention.

According to Reliable AI, since April 28, 2024, Youzhinan has claimed through its official WeChat account and the "Youjia SaaS platform" that its large model is "the first in the industry to be filed with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology" and referred to itself as the "first domestic release." In response, Reliable AI stated that it had completed relevant filings more than a year earlier than Youzhinan, thus having stronger legality and precedence. Specific data shows that Reliable AI's "Reliable AI Algorithm Model" was filed on February 18, 2024, while Youzhinan's "ChatU Text Generation and Synthesis Algorithm" was filed on March 12, 2025, which is significantly later than the former.

Fabrication, fake orders, counterfeit goods, anti-counterfeit

Reliable AI also emphasized that shortly after obtaining the filing, its "Reliable AI College Entrance Exam Planning Large Model" was officially released on April 23, 2024, and received coverage and recognition from multiple media outlets. However, despite knowing that its filing time was behind, Youzhinan continued to claim its product's "first release" status through official channels, which not only misled consumers but also potentially violated multiple laws and regulations.

In order to protect its rights, Reliable AI demanded that Youzhinan immediately stop this false advertising behavior and withdraw any misleading statements. Furthermore, Reliable AI requested that Youzhinan clarify the facts publicly to eliminate any adverse impact on the market. This confrontation not only reflects the intensity of market competition but also prompts consumers to think more about the authenticity and reliability of AI college entrance exam planning services.
