This AI large model is based on the "SkyLIM" system of the China Academy of Water Sciences and adopts advanced technical architecture, including a "massive knowledge base," "DeepSeek/Qwen dual models," and "standard services." By integrating various technologies such as natural language processing, knowledge graphs, and multimodal data fusion, the model has achieved digital and intelligent management throughout the entire lifecycle of water conservancy standards. It fills the gap in intelligent tools in China's water conservancy standardization field and demonstrates the application of AI technology in water conservancy standardization management.

The released model integrates rich resources in the water conservancy field, covering more than 1,800 water conservancy and hydropower standards, as well as over 500 relevant laws, regulations, and policy documents. Additionally, it includes the research results from the 13th Five-Year Plan and 14th Five-Year Plan in water conservancy science, core journal papers such as the "Journal of Hydraulic Engineering" and "Advances in Water Science," along with 280,000 patents and nearly ten years of advanced practical technologies and scientific and technological achievements promotion directories in water conservancy. To maintain its efficiency, these data are continuously updated dynamically.

Based on domain-adaptive DeepSeek/Qwen dual models and through professional training, the model has acquired capabilities for interpreting water conservancy professional terms and expert-level cognition. Utilizing advanced semantic algorithms, the model can achieve intelligent cross-text comparison and possesses multi-dimensional functions such as intelligent duplicate checking, drafting, review, evaluation, and prediction of water conservancy standards. According to actual application data, the accuracy rate of duplicate checking exceeds 96.7%, the efficiency of standard drafting has increased by 2.5 times, the efficiency of evaluation and review has improved by 3 times, and the accuracy rate of standard retrieval reaches above 99.5%, with an efficiency increase of more than 5 times, significantly enhancing the effectiveness of standard management.

In the future, the Ministry of Water Conservancy will continue to increase R&D efforts, expand related resources and knowledge bases, implement dynamic management, and strive to promote intelligent management practices for water conservancy standards while building a water conservancy technology support system adapted to the new era.
