DouBao 1.6 has performed excellently in multiple international authoritative evaluations, especially excelling in complex reasoning and competition-level mathematics tests. Tan Dai, president of Volcano Engine, stated that this model not only supports multi-modal understanding but also has the ability for graphical interface operations, effectively addressing complex tasks in the real world. Compared to DouBao 1.5, DouBao 1.6 is more widely applied in scenarios such as e-commerce image recognition and autonomous driving data labeling, with its operational capabilities even capable of automatically completing practical tasks like hotel reservations and organizing shopping receipts.
Meanwhile, the release of the video generation model Seedance1.0pro has drawn industry attention. This model supports text and image inputs, generating high-quality 1080P videos, and has achieved excellent results on multiple evaluation lists, surpassing numerous competitors such as Veo3 and KeLing 2.0. With the continuous growth of video content consumption, this technology undoubtedly provides new momentum for the development of relevant industries.
Moreover, it is worth mentioning that the usage cost of DouBao 1.6 has significantly decreased, priced based on "input length," allowing enterprises to greatly reduce expenses during use. Specifically, within the 0-32K input range, the input cost of DouBao 1.6 is only 0.8 yuan per million tokens, with an overall cost being one-third that of DouBao 1.5.
