At the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), Ant Group's self-developed "AI-Driven Full-Process Healthcare Management Platform" was successfully selected for the top 30 list of the conference's highest award, the SAIL Award. This award not only recognizes Ant Group's innovative achievements but also honors the company alongside other enterprises such as Xiaomi and iFLYTEK. The Ant Health app AQ has applied this platform to provide comprehensive AI medical services to over 800 million users and thousands of medical institutions.

The full name of the SAIL Award is "Excellence in Artificial Intelligence Leadership Award." Since its establishment in 2018, it aims to recognize projects that have made directional technological breakthroughs and application innovations in the global artificial intelligence field. The award is evaluated by a panel of Chinese Academy of Sciences院士 and renowned scholars from both within and outside China, making it highly authoritative.

Ant Group's "AI-Driven Full-Process Healthcare Management Platform" is based on its self-developed medical large model and has established three main technical supports: medical popular science Q&A, disease diagnosis and treatment, and medical data and training, as well as multimodal real-time interaction. These technologies together form a three-dimensional service system covering "institutions - doctors - users."

As the technical support of the platform, the Ant Medical Large Model has recently been upgraded, enhancing its multimodal medical reasoning capabilities. According to the latest results from the authoritative Chinese medical large model evaluation platform MedBench, the model achieved excellent scores of 98.9 and 94.7 in self-testing and evaluation, continuing to lead both rankings. In the HealthBench evaluation led by OpenAI, the Ant Medical Large Model also showed significant advantages in core indicators such as complex reasoning ability and medical consensus capability.

Notably, the Ant Medical Large Model team's latest research achievement — a new method for multi-image document understanding called the ADMIRE architecture — was recently accepted at the international AI top conference KDD 2025. Evaluation on four open datasets showed that this method has reached a new industry benchmark in the field of medical visual document analysis.

Over the past 11 years since its establishment, Ant Healthcare has continuously expanded into the medical AI field. In 2023, the company focused on building a "explainable, trustworthy, and implementable" medical large model and officially launched the independent application AQ on June 26, aiming to better serve the healthcare needs of every family through AI technology.
