According to Tech Star, Bilibili is fully launching its video podcast business and is about to introduce a series of major support policies. The most notable among them is an internal project called "Project H," an AI creation tool. This move aims to promote the videoization of audio content and provide creators with a more efficient production method.
Bilibili's support policies for video podcasts mainly cover three aspects: First, it will provide traffic cold start support for creators to help their content gain exposure quickly. Second, it will offer free recording venues in major first-tier cities, reducing the production costs for creators. The most core part is the upcoming video podcast-specific AI creation tool.
The AI creation tool named "Project H" aims to significantly save time and effort for podcast creators in searching for and editing video materials. Creators only need to input text or audio content, and the tool can automatically generate matching video scenes.
It is understood that "Project H" supports two input formats: text and audio, mainly adapting to two templates: podcasts and general knowledge and casual articles. Currently, the tool can complete the generation of 1,000 characters within 6 minutes, and it is expected to shorten the time to 3 minutes in the future. According to Bilibili, the feedback from the selected creators who have been invited to experience it has "exceeded expectations," showing the great potential of this tool in improving creative efficiency.
