This model divides AI applications into four levels: M1 (Proof of Concept), M2 (Early Adoption), M3 (Mature Application), and M4 (Fully Mature). Xie Xin emphasized that in the AI era, software selection should focus more on actual results rather than functional differences. Enterprises launching AI products should also refer to this standard to set reasonable expectations for customers and avoid unnecessary anxiety.
According to this model, Feishu's previous knowledge Q&A has reached the M3 level. This enterprise-specific AI Q&A tool can provide answers to internal enterprise questions anytime and anywhere, safely, by calling chat records, meeting minutes, and documents, without the need for a dedicated knowledge base. It greatly changes the way enterprises find information, like a "Doubao" that can penetrate the organization.
Another AI product, Feishu Smart Meeting Minutes, has reached the M4 stage. It not only summarizes and generates action items during meetings in real time but also sends summaries via documents after meetings, maintaining high accuracy and logical summarization capabilities.

Feishu Multidimensional Tables released a brand-new application mode with rich built-in application components. Users can quickly build business applications that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical through simple drag-and-drop operations. This means that whether it's sales, human resources, or e-commerce business systems, frontline employees can easily create customized business management tools in a short time without purchasing or development involvement, suitable for enterprises of all sizes.
In addition, Feishu Multidimensional Tables enhanced professional BI analysis capabilities, supporting complete pivot table functions on dashboards for the first time. Users can quickly analyze multiple tables without complex formulas, simply by dragging fields. It supports up to hundreds of millions of rows of data, and pivot results can be presented in a very short time, with efficient data analysis achieved through slicers and "Top N" features.
These capabilities were made possible by a significant performance leap in Multidimensional Tables. Its single-table capacity has been increased to 10 million hot rows, ten times higher than last year, making it the first tool in the world to support million-row business systems. At a scale of 20,000 rows, the loading speed has dropped from 7.4 seconds to 0.94 seconds, and 50,000 rows of data can be loaded in just 1 second, with performance leading globally among similar products.
Notably, Feishu Multidimensional Tables introduced AI agents into workflows for the first time. By assigning complex tasks through AI agent nodes, users who are unfamiliar with workflow setup can quickly use workflows to solve real problems, continuously enhancing its AI capabilities.
