Currently, Chimera adopts a targeted invitation model, with free access during the trial period, and is expected to start public testing by the end of this month. After the official launch, it will charge based on usage count or video generation duration. In recent years, Volc Engine has been continuously focusing on the digital human field. In June 2022, its virtual human digital platform received the first batch of digital human system basic capability certification from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology.

It is understood that in April 2023, Volc Engine released three digital human product solutions: interactive, broadcasting, and live streaming. In 2024, it collaborated with companies such as Hua Fa Group to launch an AI digital human comprehensive solution covering scenarios such as finance, live streaming, and marketing.
