At the 2025 Kingsoft Office AI Productivity Forum, Kingsoft Office officially launched the WPS AI 3.0 version—WPS Lingxi, marking the official upgrade of office AI from a tool to an intelligent assistant.

Natively Integrated, Seamless Interaction

WPS Lingxi adopts a natively designed Office AI agent. Users can complete document creation, presentation generation, and voice assistant functions through natural language conversations in multiple rounds, without complex operations or external application switching.

Currently, WPS Office has formed a side-by-side interaction model with the Office suite on the left and WPS Lingxi on the right. Users can directly express their needs in the right-side chat window using natural language. After the AI identifies the user's intention, it immediately modifies the document area on the left, achieving true seamless collaboration.

Outstanding Core Advantages

Compared to similar products in the market, Lingxi excels in three aspects: support for multi-turn conversations, controllable modification process, and full preservation of original formatting, ensuring that the AI-generated content truly meets the user's actual needs.

In terms of the AI PPT function, users can modify the PPT outline while chatting in the conversation, and support secondary fine-tuning of templates, single pages, and layouts, truly achieving the smart creation experience of "what you think is what you get, and what you modify is what you receive."

WPS Knowledge Base Released at the Same Time

Along with the release of WPS AI 3.0, the WPS Knowledge Base was also officially launched, further enriching the office intelligence ecosystem. Lingxi also integrates AI search and voice assistant features, providing users with a more comprehensive intelligent office solution.

"The release of WPS AI 3.0 indicates that the capabilities of office AI have evolved from tools to AI assistants. We hope all WPS users can have a useful AI assistant, completing tasks easily through a low-barrier human-computer interaction mode," said Tian Ran, Assistant President of Kingsoft Office. "Office is moving toward an era where everyone has an AI assistant."
