According to the information, the "Artificial Intelligence Generated Synthetic Content Identification Measures" will take effect on September 1, 2025. The "Measures" clearly stipulate that identifiers should remind users to distinguish false information, clarify the identification responsibilities and obligations of relevant service providers, and regulate the identification behavior in all aspects of content creation and dissemination.
