On September 16, the 2025 Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Conference was launched in Shenzhen, where Tencent officially announced the AI Application Prosperity Plan, marking the entry of AI industrial applications into the "deep penetration phase." The plan includes two core modules, "AI Co-creation Camp" and "AI Hundred Schools Tour," which have attracted more than 300 companies to sign up.
Focusing on Vertical Scenarios, Creating "User-friendly AI"
As a core component of the plan, the new phase of the AI Co-creation Camp was officially launched, with representatives from 18 partner companies including Shenzhen Chuangxiang 3D, Shenzhen Deline Technology, and Suzhou Aolawei attending the launch ceremony. The co-creation camp will revolve around three core products: Tencent Hunyuan Large Model, Tencent Cloud Intelligent Agent Development Platform, and Tencent Yuanqi. Through forms such as technical sharing, resource openness, and training empowerment, it will jointly incubate intelligent agents and large model applications in vertical scenarios.
Currently, the number of participants in the first offline event has reached nearly 3,000, covering multiple industry fields such as finance, law, manufacturing, and consumption, reflecting the strong market demand for large-scale AI application.
Three Product Matrices Empower Comprehensive Support
Tencent Hunyuan Large Model opens core capabilities such as text generation and multi-modal processing, supporting partners to flexibly access and meet diverse scenario needs. Partners with high-quality industry data can also jointly conduct independent model training with Tencent to build exclusive large models.
Tencent Cloud Intelligent Agent Development Platform provides various development frameworks such as LLM+RAG, Workflow, and Multi-Agent, supporting enterprises to efficiently build stable and secure intelligent agents by combining their own data.
Tencent Yuanqi focuses on ToC scenarios, emphasizing the development of WeChat Official Account intelligent agents, integrating with the WeChat ecosystem and lowering the user access threshold.

Through the previous exploration of the Tencent Hunyuan Training Camp, multiple cross-domain benchmark projects have been incubated:
Legal Technology Field: Deline Technology has built a legal service system covering both B and C ends. The AI contract review accuracy rate reaches 95%, and the risk identification rate has increased by 80%, helping small and medium-sized enterprises reduce legal expenses by more than 50%.
Consumer-level 3D Field: Chuangxiang 3D has achieved the scene implementation of "zero-base users uploading a photo and obtaining a printable Q-style character figurine within 5 minutes." The two parties also conducted a 300,000-level 3D white mold data training cooperation.
Tencent stated that it will provide full-process support from three dimensions: technology, resources, and content, including product co-creation technical support, public cloud computing power resources, and professional training courses, and assist partners in applying for ASP and CSP service certifications, laying the foundation for commercial monetization.
At the same time, Tencent will also open free modules such as "AI Application Experience, AI Public Courses, and AI Training Camps" to hundreds of universities nationwide, helping college students master core AI skills.
