Recently, DingTalk officially launched the AI Table Assistant, upgrading AI tables to an application creation platform for the AI era. All users just need to update to the latest version to experience this new feature on the table page by selecting "New AI Table" or clicking the AI button.
The core of this upgrade lies in introducing multiple AI capabilities, greatly lowering the usage barrier. Among them, the AI Table Assistant is one of the highlights. Users can describe their ideas in natural language, and the AI will automatically generate tables, automate workflows, and data analysis dashboards. This means that with just one sentence, the AI can help you complete the entire table setup process, including creating complex automation workflows to solve business issues and automatically generating visual dashboards to help you understand trends behind the data.
Aside from the AI Table Assistant, this update also brings the following new features:
Field Agent: Added 30 agents, supporting multi-modal AI capabilities such as AI video understanding and digital humans.
Cross-platform Workflow Support: Added support for workflows from platforms such as BaiLian and Coze, allowing users to easily integrate business workflows built on these platforms into AI tables, achieving cross-platform data aggregation and analysis.
Data Connection Center: After its launch, it connects more than 30 high-frequency data sources, initially supporting three types of data sources: e-commerce platform merchant backends, collaboration applications, and practical tools, making it convenient for enterprises to integrate data.
Ma Ruilang, the person in charge of DingTalk AI tables, said that the goal of AI tables is not just to create a "more beautiful table," but to become an application building platform for enterprises in the AI era, allowing every table to create infinite AI applications and continuously improve enterprise productivity.
