In a four-hour conversation on September 24, the founder of 360, Zhou Hongyi, and well-known entrepreneur Luo Yonghao deeply discussed artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on future jobs. The two spoke freely on various topics, ranging from the image of entrepreneurs to the effectiveness of AI models.

Zhou Hongyi pointed out that the currently popular large models are not necessarily the best. He emphasized that many people believe bigger models are better, but in reality, "size" and "capability" are not directly proportional. He mentioned that many small models perform very well in specific fields. For example, in the aerospace field, he said that even the most advanced large models at this stage cannot answer complex questions such as how to manufacture a jet engine or an aircraft carrier. This is because such knowledge often requires deep professional expertise and is not entirely available on the Internet.

He further explained that the future direction of AI development should be localization and specialization, so that it can truly integrate with various industries and create greater value. Regarding the future of product managers, Zhou Hongyi and Luo Yonghao reached a consensus: before fully competent and versatile models appear, the role of product managers remains crucial.

When talking about 360's strategy, Zhou Hongyi revealed that the company's goal is to transform the application of AI into the integration of intelligent agents. He pointed out that 360 hopes employees can become "super individuals," skilled in using intelligent agents to improve work efficiency. In addition, each support department should also become a "super organization," simplifying complex business processes through intelligent agents. The ultimate goal is to create more innovative and efficient products.

Zhou Hongyi emphasized that although the functions of browsers have been broken down by applications on mobile devices, browsers remain the main work entry point on computers. Therefore, future AI and intelligent agents should be developed around this point to enhance user productivity.
