Recently, the Kwaipilot team under Kuaishou officially launched two revolutionary large models - KAT-Dev-32B and KAT-Coder from the KAT series. These two models have shown excellent performance in the field of Code Intelligence (code intelligence), each targeting different user needs and application scenarios.
KAT-Dev-32B is an open-source model with 3.2 billion parameters. It performed well in the SWE-Bench Verified test, achieving a solution rate of 62.4%, ranking 5th among all open-source models. This outstanding achievement makes KAT-Dev-32B a powerful tool for developers, especially suitable for development environments that require lightweight solutions.
On the other hand, the closed-source flagship model KAT-Coder is also impressive, showing excellent performance with a solution rate of 73.4% in its category, comparable to top global closed-source models. This means that KAT-Coder is not only extremely powerful in functionality but also meets high standards of practicality and efficiency. The release of these two models will provide programmers with more choices and support, helping them work more efficiently in code development and intelligent application fields.
Notably, KAT-Dev-32B has already been launched on the well-known Hugging Face platform, making it convenient for developers to call and experiment with it. KAT-Coder can be accessed through the StreamLake platform via API calls, and subsequent technical reports will be released to provide users with more detailed guidance and assistance.
In the rapidly developing fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning, these two new models from Kuaishou will further promote the popularization and application of code intelligence technology, providing developers with stronger tools and support to help them navigate complex programming environments with ease.
