This event aims to promote its Claude chatbot, emphasizing the contrast with low-quality AI-generated content online. Visitors can enjoy free coffee and receive baseball caps printed with the word "Think," while being encouraged to use traditional tools like books and pen and paper for creation. No electronic devices are allowed at the event.

This activity is part of Anthropic's multi-million-dollar "Stay Sharp" campaign, marking the company's first large-scale entry into the consumer market, which is currently dominated by OpenAI. Anthropic collaborated with the advertising agency Mother to launch a series of ads across sports events, streaming platforms like Netflix and Hulu, as well as print media such as The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.

Visitors participating in the event need to show the Claude app to get coffee and hats. Additionally, visitors can read a printed version of an article written by Anthropic's CEO Dario Amodei titled "The Grace of Love in Machines."

Although Anthropic is currently experiencing losses, it is expected that the company will achieve $5 billion in revenue by 2025, mainly driven by strong demand for its coding tool, Claude Code. Amodei stated that Anthropic intentionally maintains losses, viewing each new AI model as a significant investment in the future. Recently, the company reached a valuation of $18.3 billion in its latest funding round, indicating investor confidence in the company's long-term vision. Supporters include tech giants Amazon and Google, as well as venture capital firms Menlo Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners. In addition, Anthropic recently launched its most powerful code model, Claude4.5Sonnet.
