Yushu Technology recently officially launched on its official website the Full-Stack Solution for Data Collection and Training of Humanoid Robots, which is an integrated platform centered around the new Wheeled Humanoid Robot G1-D, aiming to provide one-stop, full-process support for AI model development.
This solution integrates functions such as data collection, processing, annotation, review, and data asset management, forming an efficient data flow management system. It also provides services for distributed model training, custom model training development, and deployment, and fully supports mainstream open-source model frameworks, significantly improving the R&D efficiency of humanoid robot AI models.
As the basic hardware of this solution, the G1-D robot is designed for efficient data collection. Its height range is approximately 1260mm to 1680mm, with a high-definition stereo camera on the head and high-definition cameras on the hands, ensuring multi-dimensional and high-quality visual data capture. The G1-D innovatively adopts a wheeled and lifting combined mobility design, allowing a vertical working space of 0-2 meters. The waist joint has a wide range of motion, capable of Z-axis ±155° and Y-axis -2.5°~+135° movement. In terms of core performance, the standard version and the flagship version of the G1-D have 17 and 19 degrees of freedom (excluding the end effector), respectively. Each arm has 7 degrees of freedom, and the maximum load per arm is approximately 3kg. The flagship version can optionally be equipped with a mobile base, with a maximum speed of up to 1.5m/s.
The G1-D data collection and training full-stack solution launched by Yushu Technology marks a significant advancement in humanoid robots from a simple hardware platform to an "hardware + data + AI" ecosystem platform, providing the industry with an efficient and integrated AI training infrastructure.
