Li Auto released its Q3 2025 financial report as of September 30. The report showed that the company's total revenue was 27.4 billion yuan, a 36.2% decline compared to the same period last year; the net loss reached 624.4 million yuan, while it had a profit of 2.8 billion yuan in the same period last year.
Despite the short-term loss, Li Auto's management highlighted key progress in autonomous driving and artificial intelligence during a subsequent conference call, indicating a strategic transformation in the future.

Li Auto's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Xie Yan revealed that the company's self-developed AI inference chip M100 controller has entered the stage of large-scale system testing, and it is expected to start commercial deployment next year.
The M100 chip is being developed in collaboration with Li Auto's self-developed basic model compiler and software system. Xie Yan emphasized that in the future, it will be integrated into the new generation VLA autonomous driving system, and its cost-performance ratio is expected to be more than three times that of current high-end chips.
Li Auto will rely on its existing efficient AI inference and execution system to rapidly advance technological iteration, continuously improve performance, and further reduce costs. The research and development work for the new platform and chip has already been officially launched.
Chairman and CEO Li Xiang stated that after the products equipped with the AI system centered around the M100 chip are officially delivered in 2026, they will bring a fundamental transformation in product value and user experience. Cars will evolve from "passive tools" into service providers with automated and proactive capabilities.
