NVIDIA is demonstrating its ambition as an industry leader by deeply integrating artificial intelligence (AI). At a company-wide meeting, CEO Huang Renxun emphasized the importance of AI in daily workflows and asked employees to use AI tools to complete tasks as much as possible. His speech aims to solidify NVIDIA's leadership in the AI hardware field and drive technological innovation within the company.

After announcing record-breaking quarterly revenue of 5.7 billion USD at the meeting, Huang Renxun clearly stated that AI should be extended to every task that can be automated. He pointed out, "I hope all tasks that can be completed by AI will be automated." His remarks received a warm response from employees, reflecting the company's emphasis on AI.
In addition, Huang Renxun expressed dissatisfaction with some managers who did not encourage employees to rely on AI. He asked, "Are you crazy?" and emphasized that AI should be a core tool for business operations, not an optional extra. He encouraged engineers to use the company's AI-assisted coding platform Cursor and continuously improve these tools to increase work efficiency.
Similar to NVIDIA, other technology companies are also actively promoting the use of AI. Microsoft and Meta have integrated AI into employee performance evaluations, while Google requires engineering teams to include generative AI in their coding work. Amazon is also considering introducing Cursor to meet employees' demand for AI tools. These actions mark the transformation of AI from an optional tool to a key factor driving corporate development.
In response to employees' concerns about AI potentially causing job losses, Huang Renxun said that NVIDIA's rapid expansion means employees need not worry about unemployment. He mentioned that the number of company employees has grown from 29,600 at the end of fiscal year 2024 to 36,000, and hiring is still ongoing. Huang Renxun noted that there are approximately 10,000 job openings at NVIDIA and revealed that the company is expanding new facilities in locations such as Taipei, Shanghai, and multiple places in the United States. He assured employees, "You will have jobs to do."
