In Tencent's official statement, Yuanbao is described as an AI assistant with high emotional intelligence, capable of quickly and accurately responding to user questions. However, due to the high quality of its answers, some users have doubted its true identity, and even raised offensive questions that left Yuanbao confused and helpless. Tencent stated that all comments marked "Content generated by AI" are automatically generated by Yuanbao, with no human involvement. For replies without such labels, Tencent explained that they are manually provided by backend editors and should be treated differently.
Tencent also emphasized that Yuanbao has been fully integrated into multiple product platforms, including WeChat Official Accounts, Video Number, QQ Browser, Tencent News, and QQ Music, allowing users to interact with Yuanbao at any time by mentioning it. Additionally, in WeChat and QQ, users can add Yuanbao as a friend for more private interactions, such as sending files or seeking opinions.
The Tencent announcement also noted that Yuanbao's capabilities are not limited to text responses. In QQ groups, Yuanbao can summarize group chat information with one click, helping users quickly access important content. On WeChat, Yuanbao can act as a friend who is always available, ready to assist users whenever needed.
Regarding user suggestions and feedback, Tencent also stated that they will take them seriously, ensuring that the human team sees every piece of feedback. This response aims to eliminate user doubts about Yuanbao's identity and showcase its wide application and efficient service capabilities across Tencent's products.
