Yuanbao released the "Yuanbao x DeepSeek Annual Report," which states that on 2025, it was the 315th day of Yuanbao's integration with DeepSeek. This annual data reveals the true usage scenario of AI assistants.
Data shows that more than one-third of DeepSeek conversations in Yuanbao continue for more than two rounds, with user "deep thinking" and "quick thinking" interaction ratios at 3:7; nearly 50% of AI answers are presented in a combination of text and images, with some content also including WeChat video links.

User enthusiasm for asking questions to AI has significantly increased: The number of questions on December 14 reached an annual peak, growing over 100 times compared to the beginning of the year. Different platforms show differentiated usage time characteristics: The desktop version of Yuanbao is most frequently used at 3 p.m., while WeChat end conversations mostly occur during the day, and the Yuanbao App's peak usage time is at 8 p.m. in the evening.
From the usage scenarios, users use DeepSeek to meet diverse needs such as chatting, programming, and writing, with chatting, learning, and writing being the three most frequent scenarios — chatting is often used for simulated social replies and venting; learning scenarios include answering questions and correcting homework; writing involves polishing work documents and creating novels.
In terms of capability iteration, Yuanbao has basically achieved "synchronous access" to DeepSeek's new model: After DeepSeek made multiple model updates in 2025, Yuanbao could complete the integration on the same day of release. Currently, this AI assistant supports dual-column code preview, voice/phone input, text-to-image/video functions.
A survey of 100 deep users showed that "curing inner turmoil," "emotional value," and "feeling like a human" have become the top keywords for evaluating this AI assistant.
