Elon Musk once again made a bold statement about the vision of his artificial intelligence company xAI. According to tech media TweakTown, Musk had predicted in 2025 that xAI's game studio would launch an "excellent AI-generated game" by the end of this year. Yesterday, he further emphasized his expectations on the X platform, claiming that next year will see the large-scale release of high-quality, real-time generated, and highly personalized video content and video games.
Although some games such as "Arc Raiders" currently use AI technology to assist in development, the "AI-generated games" envisioned by Musk are more radical—entirely produced by artificial intelligence, from gameplay, art design to level generation.

This bold concept has attracted widespread attention and skepticism in the industry. So far, there have been no truly impressive real-time demonstrations of pure AI-generated games worldwide. Musk's move is seen as an extreme confidence in xAI's technical capabilities, aiming to disrupt traditional content creation paradigms. If this goal is achieved, the gaming and film industries will enter a new era of "real-time customization." However, whether this is another of Musk's "delayed" predictions remains to be verified by time.
