Domestic large models achieved a milestone breakthrough at the beginning of 2026. After officially opening source, Zhipu GLM-5 won the fourth place globally on the authoritative ranking Artificial Analysis, with its score now on par with Claude Opus4.5.

Key technological innovations of GLM-5:
Leap in base capabilities: The parameter scale has been expanded from 355B to 744B, with a pre-training data volume of 28.5T.
Architecture optimization: For the first time, it integrates DeepSeek sparse attention mechanism, significantly reducing deployment costs while maintaining long-text comprehension ability.
Programming and engineering expertise: It achieved an open-source SOTA score (77.8) in the SWE-bench Verified test, even surpassing Gemini3Pro, demonstrating strong backend refactoring and deep debugging capabilities.
Currently, Silicon Flow AI Cloud has officially launched the high-speed version of GLM-5, supporting a 198K context length. Developers can integrate it into mainstream development tools such as Trae, Cline, and Kimi Code via API.
In addition, Silicon Flow recently updated several services, including launching the high-speed version of Kimi K2.5, offering free access to PaddleOCR-VL-1.5, and launching the Nano Banana Pro model on BizyAir.
