At 12:00 a.m. on February 17, the official Alipay Qwen App released core data of the "Qwen Treats" Spring Festival activity. During the activity period, over 130 million users completed various daily service operations through Qwen, such as ordering bubble tea, stockpiling New Year goods, buying movie tickets, and booking flights and hotels. In the past 11 days, users have collectively shouted "Qwen, help me" 5 billion times, indicating that the AI assistant has been deeply integrated into the Spring Festival consumption and lifestyle scenarios.
Qwen stated that "Qwen, help me" is gradually becoming a user's habit. Since the second wave of the "Qwen Treats" campaign started on February 14, the platform's AI movie ticket orders saw an explosive growth, with a 372-fold increase compared to the previous period. Among them, the growth in third- and fourth-tier cities was particularly significant, with an increase of 782 times. The spy film "Silent Awakening" directed by Zhang Yimou became the preferred choice for users to purchase tickets.
At the same time, in the past two days, AI ticket orders increased by 22 times compared to the previous period, and AI orders for flight and transportation tickets increased more than seven times. The consumption potential of the下沉 market continues to be released, with nearly half of the AI orders coming from county-level cities. Notably, the convenience of Qwen's "one-sentence order" broke down barriers of age and region. Nearly 4 million users over the age of 60 experienced AI ordering for the first time during the activity, further enhancing the accessibility and inclusiveness of smart living services.
