Xiaomi has recently pushed the澎湃 OS3 Beta update to internal testing users, with the most anticipated upgrade being the first integration of the Xiaomi self-developed system-level input method. This input method is no longer a simple tool software but rather deeply integrates input capabilities with the AI computing power of the system's underlying level.

Based on MiMo Large Model: "Lobster" Experience on Mobile Devices

This input method is primarily based on Xiaomi's self-developed MiMo Large Model. It is the first attempt in China to implement an Agent interaction similar to OpenClaw (nicknamed "Lobster") on mobile devices. With built-in AI, the input method can achieve intelligent error correction, semantic suggestions, and text completion.

Regarding voice input, Xiaomi has made targeted improvements. The new version supports automatically removing colloquial words (such as "um" and "uh"), basic grammar error correction, and personalized dictionary adjustments. This means that users' spontaneous expressions can be instantly converted into accurate, formal text, significantly improving work and social efficiency.
