With the explosive application of AI-assisted writing in government and enterprise office fields, ensuring that generated official documents are compliant and rigorous has become a focal point for the industry. The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) has recently officially announced the launch of the first "Trusted AI Official Document Writing Agent" evaluation work, aiming to establish an authoritative standardization benchmark for the industry.
This evaluation not only involves multiple tech giants such as iFLYTEK and China Mobile Internet in jointly developing the standards, but also marks a new regulatory phase where official document writing is "legally regulated." By establishing unified technical requirements, CAICT aims to enhance office efficiency while building a technological barrier to ensure the seriousness and accuracy of official documents.

Covering the Entire Process, Building a "National Standard" Reference for Official Documents
The core basis of this evaluation is the standard "Technical Requirements and Evaluation Methods for Intelligent Agents - Scenario Application - Official Document Writing," which covers two capability domains and 17 core capability items. The evaluation scope is extensive, covering from basic information extraction and meeting minutes transcription to advanced official document polishing, formatting, and automatic review, aiming to cover the entire lifecycle of official document circulation.
In addition to evaluating functional strength, the assessment places special emphasis on the "maturity" of the service, with traceability, security, and private deployment capabilities being key evaluation factors. This comprehensive inspection mechanism can effectively identify "pseudo-intelligent" products that merely pile up rhetoric without logical rigor.
Helping Users Make Informed Choices, First Evaluation Results to Be Released in June
For government and enterprise units, AI-powered official document writing agents have become a standard part of digital transformation, but product quality varies greatly in the market, making selection costly. The official evaluation initiated by CAICT will directly conduct "field tests" on various products through more than 100 detailed indicators, providing users with the most credible selection guide.
