A batch of suspected internal screenshots from Anthropic were rapidly spread on the X platform on April 12, showing that the company is developing a full-stack application builder codenamed "Let's ship something great" in Claude. The related posts received over 1.7 million views and more than 5,000 likes within 24 hours, sparking extensive discussions in the developer community.

Function targets the core experience of "vibe coding"

From the leaked screenshots, this feature allows users to describe their needs in natural language, with Claude generating complete front-end and back-end applications in real time, and previewing them immediately in an embedded browser. The entire process requires no switching to any external tools, with all steps from prompt input to final publishing completed entirely within the Claude interface.

The screenshots also show a sidebar module called Recipes, offering one-click expansion capabilities, including connecting to a database, security risk scanning, dark mode adaptation, and user login system configuration. The project management panel includes complete modules such as Security, Database, Authentication, and Users, and also includes daily active user charts.

This feature is based on Anthropic's latest model, Claude Opus 4.6, with the screenshot interface clearly marked as "coming soon to Claude," and it is currently in the beta testing phase.

Lovable.dev is first in line

The leaked functionality closely overlaps with the core selling points of Lovable.dev, a leading company in the vibe coding sector—both offer "natural language description → full-stack application → one-click deployment." Lovable.dev closed a new round of financing in December 2025, with a valuation of $6.6 billion, backed by CapitalG and Menlo Ventures.

Notably, Lovable previously publicly admitted that its product relies on the Claude model at the bottom layer. Once Anthropic integrates similar capabilities directly into the Claude subscription service, Lovable's differentiated advantages will be significantly weakened.

On the X platform, the developer community reacted directly and sharply. "They are coming after everything" became a frequent comment, while some users joked, "Lovable's founder is checking flight information," and other similar tools like Replit and Bolt were also listed on the "danger list."

Anthropic's product portfolio is expanding rapidly

This is not the first time that Anthropic has shown ambitions beyond being a "model provider." The previously launched Claude Code has already extended AI capabilities to the agent coding field, and this leaked full-stack builder further completes the entire workflow from concept to deployment.

Outside observers have interpreted these moves as clear signals of Anthropic's transition toward becoming an "end-to-end AI product company"—a three-layer product matrix of models, coding agents, and application building platforms is gradually taking shape.

Currently, Anthropic has not made an official response to this leak. AIBase will continue to track the official launch of this feature.
