On April 27, Baidu officially launched the general intelligent agent GenFlow 4.0 and comprehensively upgraded the Office Agent during the AI Day open day, marking the launch of the first fully functional "AI workspace" jointly developed by Baidu Wenku and Baidu Netdisk. GenFlow 4.0 is deeply compatible with open-source frameworks such as OpenClaw, supporting individual and team users to deploy intelligent agents with one click on PCs and mobile devices. As of now, the series of intelligent agents has exceeded 100 million monthly active users, with a monthly task delivery volume reaching 200 million, demonstrating high market penetration and user stickiness.

The core of this upgrade lies in achieving a deep restructuring of office suites. The Office Agent now supports parallel invocation of multimodal content and element-level free editing, significantly improving the efficiency of PPT layout, complex Excel data processing, and long document generation.

On the technical level, GenFlow 4.0, through the upgrading of the "Memory Center" and "Intention Architecture," realizes autonomous thinking and task planning throughout the entire cycle, transforming it from a passive tool into an active "digital employee."

In terms of ecological collaboration, Baidu Netdisk has addressed industry pain points of disconnection between Agents and underlying data through its "Team Space," allowing AI to inherit organizational permissions and collaboration history natively. Currently, the platform has attracted more than 240,000 developers, covering over 6,000 enterprises. Baidu also plans to release a video editing Agent and a team version of the "Agent Collaboration Group" in May. This strategy of deeply embedding large model capabilities into vertical storage and collaboration scenarios is accelerating the evolution of AI from simple technology demonstrations to end-to-end business process delivery.
