Anthropic has officially announced on the X platform today, declaring a major upgrade to its productivity tool ecosystem: not only has the token limit for the visual creation tool Claude Design been doubled across all subscription plans, but the "Fast Mode" of the development assistance tool Claude Code has also been default switched to its latest generation main model Opus4.7.

This update directly addresses the pain points of professional users. As a major visual tool launched by Anthropic this April, Claude Design has attracted attention with its dialogue-based design generation, prototype building, and multi-source import features. However, due to the context limits, complex projects often faced interruptions; the doubling of the token limit for Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans will completely unlock the continuous iteration capability of long context.
At the same time, after integrating Opus4.7, the interaction response speed of Claude Code's fast mode can be up to 2.5 times faster than before, allowing more efficient support for high-timeliness tasks such as rapid code modification and real-time debugging.
In terms of billing and resource management, Anthropic has maintained a high level of commercial restraint and transparency. The pricing of Opus4.7 is exactly the same as that of Opus4.6 in fast mode, remaining at $30 per million input tokens and $150 per million output tokens, with a full coverage of 1 million token context window, and the rate does not change with the length of the context. In addition, both models share the same rate limiting pool in fast mode, so enterprises and developers do not need to worry about additional configuration costs.
