Google officially released the final version of Android 17 operating system and the smartwatch system Wear OS 7 on June 16, along with a new Pixel Drop feature update. In terms of security and family management, the new system integrates the "Mark as Lost" feature, real-time threat detection, and a parental control tool that can be enabled with a PIN code without binding a Google account in the "Find Center."
Wear OS 7 introduced automatic detection and linkage for emergency situations such as car accidents and falls on the Pixel Watch, and will introduce the "Personal Intelligence" feature driven by Gemini in the summer, which can generate personalized widgets based on descriptions and improve the watch's battery life by 10%.
