DingTalk's new CEO and the CEO of the Wukong Business Unit, Chen Yusen, announced an important restructuring of DingTalk's organizational structure in an internal letter released this afternoon. By establishing the Core Platform Business Department and fully integrating the AI Agent team, DingTalk aims to accelerate the intelligent evolution of its enterprise collaboration ecosystem.
The core of this adjustment lies in the deep integration of AI technology with core business operations. DingTalk has officially merged the Wukong team and the MuleRun team to form a new Wukong team, led by Shu Junliang, the former CTO of MuleRun. MuleRun, an AI Agent product that Chen Yusen previously developed and led within Alibaba Cloud, is now integrated into DingTalk, marking a strategic focus on the practical application of AI agents within DingTalk.

At the same time, the newly established Core Platform Business Department, led by DingTalk's former CTO Zhu Hong (Yisu), is now officially in charge of a series of core businesses. In addition, to build a more efficient commercialization and technical support system, six teams including direct sales, telesales, and service providers have been fully integrated into the Customer Development Department. A Marketing Department and an Information Technology Department have also been established simultaneously.
