On July 20, Tencent Smart Retail and Tencent Maps jointly launched "Chinagoods AI Navigation" with the Chinagoods platform, implementing the industry's first multi-building, cross-bridge indoor and outdoor integrated navigation solution in Yiwu, providing global buyers with AI route planning, indoor and outdoor navigation, and AI product recognition and store search services.

The Yiwu International Trade City has a total operating area of more than 8 million square meters, with 80,000 business units and 2.1 million products. Due to multiple buildings connected by corridors and passages, traditional navigation is difficult to cover complex spaces, and buyers have long faced problems such as difficulty finding stores and inaccurate route planning.

Based on the Tencent Maps navigation engine, the WeChat mini program "Xiaoshang AI Navigation" can automatically plan routes based on merchant names, business numbers, or product information, achieving accurate navigation across regions and floors. For example, buyers can walk from the third floor of Area 1 directly to the second floor of Area 4 through the corridor without asking for directions, and find the target store directly. Test data shows that the efficiency of finding stores has improved by nearly 70% compared to traditional methods.

In addition, this service integrates Chinagoods' AI product recognition capabilities, allowing buyers to match products and sources by taking a photo and navigate directly to the corresponding store. It also supports multilingual operation, building a complete link between online product selection and offline purchasing.

For merchants, the WeChat location card function helps convert online traffic into offline transactions. In the future, Tencent and Chinagoods will continue to expand the application of LBS and AI technologies in large-scale commercial scenarios, creating a replicable intelligent commercial navigation solution.
