On August 17, Unitree Technology released a demonstration video of a humanoid robot named "Superman." With a leg length of 0.85 meters, the robot can jump 2 meters high in place, and its maximum running speed reaches 12.66 m/s. Both indicators exceed the current world records for humans.
According to Unitree Technology, the development cycle of this new complete machine was only more than three months, and there is still significant room for performance improvement in the coming months. The release of the "Superman" robot demonstrates Unitree's latest breakthroughs in motion control of legged robots and high power density joint technology, providing technical validation for its deployment in scenarios such as industrial inspection and special operations.
