Meituan has officially launched the 2027 campus recruitment, open to recent graduates from November 2026 to October 2027, both domestically and internationally. It offers over 100 positions across 10 categories, including technology, product, business analysis, operations, retail, and sales, covering dozens of cities worldwide such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Riyadh.
Compared to previous years, Meituan has added more than ten AI-native positions this year, such as AI full-stack engineers, AI product managers, and intelligent business analysts. In terms of talent demand, over 80% of the job descriptions explicitly require AI-related skills. AI is evolving from a specialized technical skill into a broader general competency.
A relevant person in charge of Meituan's recruitment said that this year's recruitment focuses on talents with "AI Native" thinking, hoping that candidates can actively use AI to solve problems, improve collaboration and service efficiency, and deeply understand real needs in the front lines of business and drive solutions. The company will also provide AI tools and resources to help new graduates gradually develop habits of human-machine collaboration in real work scenarios. In addition, it will support new employees' self-learning and practice through internal knowledge bases and an online learning platform with tens of thousands of courses.
This recruitment highlights that as AI accelerates its penetration into enterprise operations, Meituan's talent demand is shifting from traditional job skills toward a combination of AI application capabilities and business practice abilities.
