
According to the plan, the FF robot factory will be put into operation within the year, with the first main product expected to roll off the production line in February 2027. Subsequently, the company will release more robot products and the 1.0 version of the FF EAI education ecosystem industry productivity solution on September 19, promoting the establishment of 11 potential educational cooperation projects covering 10 states in North America; on September 28, another session of the partner recruitment conference will be held, focusing on building upstream industries of the "four cores of full intelligence" ecosystem.
In terms of long-term strategy and commercialization mechanisms, FF plans to invest no less than $5 billion over the next decade in EAI Robotics, AI, advanced manufacturing, and industry ecosystems, maintaining an iteration frequency of 3 to 5 new or upgraded products per year. In terms of business operations, FF introduced the "FF PAR Revenue Flywheel Model" to expand dealer recruitment, helping partners shift from one-time hardware margin profits to continuous cumulative recurring income; its subsidiary AIxC has also launched Roboshare operations for recruitment, aiming to create a leading robot sharing platform in North America in terms of scale and variety.
Against the trend of generative AI crossing into the physical world, FF's embodied intelligence layout integrating hardware and computing power demonstrates industry integration exploration. However, the actual effectiveness of its multimodal business model and the sustainability of long-term high investment remain to be tested by the market.
