OpenAtom openKylin community has completed the adaptation of the new desktop version of Sogou's AI office assistant "Sogou Raccoon", and Raccoon has officially launched on openKylin. This launch marks openKylin as the preferred open-source operating system base for this desktop application, complementing a complete AI office experience for open-source system users.

An AI Office Assistant That Can Handle Work
Sogou Raccoon (Raccoon Work) is developed by Sogou, designed for the next generation of work methods. Software development, data analysis, task planning, and application development are all directly driven by AI. It emphasizes starting from needs and delivering stable, editable, collaborative, and reusable office results. It has served over 20 million users and been implemented in more than 8,000 enterprises, continuously driving enterprise digitalization and intelligence based on large models.
The new version has also completed a comprehensive upgrade of the membership system, introducing a new points mechanism to provide flexible solutions for users with different usage frequencies and task complexities. OpenKylin users just need to open the software store, click to update and refresh the page, then search and install "Sogou Raccoon" to run it, completing the process in two steps.
For openKylin, introducing mature AI office tools enriches the application matrix within the ecosystem; for Sogou, it is a key step in advancing the office assistant into the open-source desktop and expanding the scenario of information technology innovation. At a time when domestic operating systems are accelerating to make up for productivity, this "0day synchronization" adaptation reflects that AI office and open-source bases are moving from separate paths toward deep integration.
