According to reports, Jiangxi Province's first Token factory project has been officially launched in Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone. As a key artificial intelligence empowerment platform being cultivated locally, the project aims to provide efficient, stable, and low-cost intelligent computing power services for large model training and inference through a new, intensive, and scalable model, comprehensively accelerating the digital and intelligent transformation of various industries.

As a new computing infrastructure for the era of large AI models, the launch of the Token factory has effectively addressed the current challenges in the local small and medium-sized science and technology innovation enterprises' development system, slow deployment scenarios, and lack of empowerment carriers. Liu Yongqiang, member of the Party Working Committee and vice director of the Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, pointed out that the zone had previously continuously strengthened the industrial chain around AI intelligent terminals, computing hardware, and embodied intelligence new fields, and the Token factory is a key tool to fill industrial gaps and promote industrial upgrading.

In terms of technical implementation and ecological cooperation, the project was jointly built by Nanchang Gaoxin Investment Group and China Mobile Communications Group Jiangxi Co., Ltd. Nanchang Branch. According to Chen Baihua, secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of Nanchang Mobile, the project adopts a combined model of "policy-driven guidance plus market-oriented operation." Relying on China Mobile's model service platform, the first phase has successfully aggregated more than 300 mainstream large models and fully supports the access of industry-specific models in manufacturing, healthcare, education, and other sectors. By providing standardized, highly available, and competitively priced Token products, it effectively reduces the overall barriers for enterprises and users to use computing power and large models.

Regarding future regional promotion plans, Fu Kang, deputy executive chairman of the Jiangxi Computer Society and director of the Provincial Science and Technology Basic Conditions Platform Center, stated that the successful operation of the Token factory has effectively bridged the "last mile" from computing resources to industrial productivity. In the future, it will achieve interconnectivity, resource complementarity, and peak-shaving usage with the province's computing power scheduling system, and replicate the construction experience of Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone throughout the province, promoting the Token factory from "a single area pilot" to "province-wide accessibility."

Looking ahead, Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone will rely on the full completion and commissioning of the Token factory project to focus on introducing and cultivating upstream and downstream enterprises in large models, intelligent applications, and data services, accelerating the construction of an artificial intelligence industry cluster, and continuously improving the full-cycle and full-chain enterprise service innovation ecosystem.
