In response, Doubao Mobile Assistant issued an apology statement on its official community, emphasizing that the system did not interfere with Tencent games at any time. The AI did not engage in any violations such as illegal clicks, cheating, or simulated operations. It is currently continuing communication and coordination with Tencent and advising affected users to stop attempting to log in or submit account appeals through official channels.
