On September 28, Alibaba's AI assistant Qwen App announced a deep integration with Quark Cloud Storage. After authorization, users can directly @ Quark Cloud Storage in Qwen conversations to search, read, and process photos, videos, and document files stored in the cloud storage, without repeatedly switching between apps.
According to the information, the core highlight of this integration is "AI directly processing file content." Long videos that users have saved can be automatically summarized by Qwen and a dashboard generated; photos in the cloud storage can also be directly used for AI poster creation and other creative scenarios. Processed materials can be instantly saved back to the cloud storage and a sharing link generated, making collaboration with friends convenient.
In addition, Qwen and Quark have launched a joint membership benefit: purchasing the Qwen Elite Membership will grant an equivalent duration of Quark membership. With educational discounts, the minimum monthly cost for both memberships is only 25 yuan.
