Users can simply issue commands such as "pay water bill" through voice or typing within the Douyin app, and the system will instantly display a service card and redirect to a dedicated page, allowing users to directly pay for basic living expenses such as water, electricity, and gas.
According to sources close to Douyin, Douyin is currently gradually building multi-dimensional life scenario capabilities, including travel services and life payments. This move marks that the focus of competition among large model products is accelerating from single text generation and general information retrieval to frequent real-scenario operations and service loops.
By deeply connecting natural language interaction with basic public services, Douyin not only expands the practical boundaries of generative AI but also provides a key opportunity for the commercialization and service extension of large models in the consumer end ecosystem.
