Great Wall Motor Unveils the VLA Large Model at the Guangzhou Auto Show: CP Master is First Installed in the Weimo New Energy Vehicle, Claims to See Potential Dangers and Understand Instructions
Great Wall Motor unveiled the VLA auxiliary driving large model and CP Master system at the 2025 Guangzhou Auto Show, which possess four capabilities: understanding instructions, identifying potential dangers, reasoning, and reliable trust. It is first installed in the Weimo Gaoshan / Lan Shan models, with delivery scheduled for Q2 of 2026. The technology uses 4D millimeter wave radar, 8MP visual, and lidar fusion, enhancing the identification distance to 250 meters in dark and adverse weather conditions, capable of detecting foreign objects such as tire fragments and small animals.
