China's First Case: Inducing an AI Chat System to Output Pornographic Content, Developers Sentenced to Four Years in the First Instance
China's first case involving an AI chat platform and obscene content was adjudicated in the first instance, with AlienChat being penalized for violating obscene content. Two developers and operators were sentenced to four years and one and a half years respectively for producing and selling obscene materials for profit.
