IBM Uses AI to Enhance Db2 Database Management, Saving Time and Effort for DBAs
IBM announced the integration of Google Vertex AI and Intel Gaudi into the Db2 database, enhancing AI management capabilities. The updated Db2 Genius Hub can automate routine database management tasks within a rule framework, replacing some DBA work. After integrating with Vertex AI, users can more conveniently build, deploy, and scale machine learning models, improving data processing efficiency.
