Ctrip率先 discontinues AI Business Assistant, Promoting Rational Hotel Pricing
Ctrip will discontinue the AI Business Assistant (pricing adjustment assistant) feature on the Ebooking platform on March 10, 2026, becoming the first OTA platform in the industry to proactively shut down automated pricing tools. This move aims to reduce irrational price competition among hotels, grant merchants greater autonomy in pricing, encourage them to improve service quality, and promote high-quality industry development.
