Salesforce Teams Up with NVIDIA to Launch Koa Inference Large Model, Challenging Closed-Source AI Giants
Salesforce launched its first inference large model, Koa, at the Dreamforce conference, based on NVIDIA's open-source Nemotron foundation. The two companies jointly fine-tuned the model, focusing on core enterprise scenarios such as sales, marketing, and customer service. This move aims to reduce the cost of enterprise intelligent transformation, avoiding data risks caused by closed-source AI requiring the upload of internal documents, code, prompts, and user feedback.
