Wang Huiwen, co-founder of Meituan, has stepped down from his positions as legal representative, director, and general manager of Light Years Away Technology Company. Liu Minjuan, the supervisor, has also exited simultaneously. Liu Yapin has taken over the roles of legal representative, director, and general manager, taking full control of this Meituan subsidiary, established in 2018 with a registered capital of 1 million yuan.
