OpenAI Hires Over 40 Apple Engineers for New Project
OpenAI recently hired more than 40 Apple hardware team members, with over 40 employees switching jobs within a month, involving industrial design and hardware engineering. This move is related to Jony Ive, Apple's former chief designer, who left the company and founded LoveFrom studio, while OpenAI acquired Ive's AI startup.
