Moonhub: Using AI to Recruit AI Talent, Chinese-American Woman Raises $10 Million
In January this year, Nancy Xu left her PhD position at Stanford University, where she focused on foundational model research, to start her own AI recruitment company, Moonhub. Moonhub's AI chatbot has been trained on 1 billion candidate profiles and is helping hiring managers at AI unicorns like Anthropic and Inflection find and recruit employees. Moonhub has attracted over 100 clients and raised $10 million to improve its AI products and expansion.
