Data from the 2026 Spring recruitment shows a sharp increase in talent demand in emerging productivity industries. Artificial Intelligence Engineers are the most sought-after, with an average monthly salary of 20,804 yuan, and the job vacancy gap continues to expand. Recruitment positions in the robotics and new materials industries have increased by more than 30% year-on-year. Positions in fields such as optoelectronics, artificial intelligence, and aerospace have also seen growth of nearly or exceeding 20%. In terms of salary, artificial intelligence engineers lead, followed closely by chip engineers.
