PFN Releases PLaMo 3 Translate 31B Model, Demonstrates Translation Capabilities Competing with Top Giants

Japanese Preferred Networks released a new translation model, PLaMo3Translate31B, which is entirely independently developed in Japan. It offers high professional standards in Japanese translation and also supports other languages. Approximately 30% of the training data is in Japanese, and it is built on the PLaMo3 base model. Compared to the previous generation, which only supported Japanese and English, the new model has expanded its language support.
