Tech Executives from Meta, OpenAI Join U.S. Army's Innovation Unit
Recently, a group of tech executives from Silicon Valley announced they are joining the U.S. Army Reserve to form a newly established innovation unit. These executives include Shyam Sankar, CTO of Palantir, Andrew Bosworth, CTO of Meta, and Kevin Weil and Bob McGrew from OpenAI. They will wear officer uniforms and aim to bring much-needed technological upgrades to the U.S. military.
